Farm & Community Yoga
Whether it’s a community yoga fundraiser, or a meditation event on an organic farm, we can co-create a yoga practice for everyone. My community-focused sessions bring together individuals from various backgrounds, fostering a sense of belonging and promoting physical and mental well-being. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, destress, and return to their natural state of being. Examples of special event yoga include on-farm events, ecological retreats, and partnerships with nonprofits.

Special Events
I offer custom yoga & mindfulness services for your special day (think: bachelorette trips, anniversaries, birthdays) ensuring that these special occasions are infused with relaxation, mindfulness, and a touch of serenity. I provide tailored yoga sessions to promote peace and calm amidst the excitement of the day, & hope to help create lasting memories of love and wellness with your people. These events offer a unique opportunity for reflection, gratitude, and personal growth.

Sobriety Circles
Since 2012, I have been practicing sobriety and the 8 limbed path of yoga. I host yogic events and circles for those on the path of sobriety. Additionally, I partner with yoga studios, educational institutions, and nonprofits to host sobriety and wellness classes. These offerings are not medical advice, but rather an opportunity for holistic reflection and integration of yoga, meditation, and sobriety.
